GluTV provides online video service offering a selection of television shows, movies, news and other content (collectively referred as the"Content") available on the GluTV Site, GluTV affiliates, and partner websites. Our video service, including the Content and our video player and any other features, applications and tools offered from time to time by GluTV in connection with our business are referred to as the"GluTV Services". GluTV is a web service business based in the United States.
By visiting the GluTV site (whether or not you are a registered and/or subscribed member) or using any of the GluTV services, you indicate your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy. What are cookies and how do we use them

GluTV carries advertisements from other companies, often with the ability to click through to websites of these companies or their partners. Because any other personally identifiable information you submit to GluTV is purely voluntary and should not be of a particularly sensitive nature, we employ standard security measures with respect to this information and do not use special encryption methods at this time. GluTV user accounts are secured by user-created passwords. Please note that GluTV cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Public Forums
GluTV may make available, interactive features such as blogs, message and chat rooms, to our users. Any information disclosed in these areas, or otherwise submitted to GluTV for publication, becomes public information and is no longer within the shield of this privacy statement. Use extreme caution when disclosing personal information through any of the above-mentioned communication mechanisms.
Collection of Information From Children
Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. GluTV has no interest in collecting information from persons under 18 years of age and we will not do that knowingly.

No Error-Free Performance
